1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Image to PDF Converter mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

The App allows you to convert images to PDF format directly on your device. All processing occurs locally on your device, and we do not transmit, store, or process your images or PDFs on any server.

3. Privacy and Data

• The App processes all images and creates PDFs entirely on your device.
• We do not collect, store, transmit, or have access to your images or converted PDFs.
• We do not maintain servers to process your content.
• Standard device information and crash logs may be collected by the app store platform in accordance with their policies.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for any content you process with the App.
• You agree not to use the App to process illegal, infringing, or prohibited content.
• You are responsible for managing your own storage space for saved PDFs.

5. Intellectual Property

• The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Matej Koval and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without express permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

• THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
