Welcome to Red Eyes Corrector AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Red Eyes Corrector AI mobile and/or web application (the “App”) and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

• Purpose: The Service allows users to upload photos and automatically remove red eyes using artificial intelligence.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country) to use the Service.
• License: We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. User Content

• Your Ownership: You retain all rights to the photos and other content (“User Content”) you upload.
• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not upload photos you do not have permission to use or that violate any laws.
• Our Rights: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, temporary, and revocable license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the red-eye correction feature.
• Data Deletion: We do not permanently store your photos. Uploaded images are automatically deleted from our servers after processing.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload images that contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material.
