Eligibility to Use Swiftie Games

To use Swiftie Games, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental permission. By accessing Swiftie Games, you confirm that you meet the age requirement or have the necessary parental consent, and agree to comply with all the eligibility criteria outlined in these Terms. If you don't meet these criteria or disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the App immediately.

Swiftie Games Users

Swiftie Games does not restrict its representatives from using the app. Any Swiftie Games Representative who uses the app must comply with these Terms.

Account Information and Right to Use Swiftie Games

Swiftie Games does not handle payments directly or have access to your financial details. All transactions must be completed via the Apple App Store and/or Google Play. Please refer to their terms and conditions to understand how your information may be used.

You are prohibited from reproducing, copying, selling, or exploiting any part of Swiftie Games without our explicit written consent.

Account and User Information Protection

It is your responsibility to safeguard your personal data and keep your User Information confidential.

We reserve the right to limit or deny any User’s access to Swiftie Games at our discretion, for any reason, including violations of these Terms. Additionally, we may change a User’s username if we determine it to be inappropriate for the platform.

No Guarantee of Access

We have the authority to modify or remove Swiftie Games, including any features or content, at any time without notice. Swiftie Games may also be updated or upgraded automatically without notification. We will not be held liable if Swiftie Games, in part or in full, is unavailable at any time or for any duration.

Use and Access Restrictions

We reserve the right to deny access to Swiftie Games to any individual at any time for any reason. We may, at our discretion, limit access to certain parts or all of Swiftie Games to users, including registered ones. Furthermore, we may terminate your access to Swiftie Games at any time, with or without cause, and may prevent future use. You may terminate this agreement by simply ceasing to use Swiftie Games.

Your Responsibilities Before and After Termination

Swiftie Games is not obligated to retain or provide copies of your Account Information, which includes User Information, transaction history, quiz results, saved settings, conversations, and other related data. If you stop using Swiftie Games by deleting the app from your device(s), we may block access to your Account Information. Swiftie Games is not liable for the deletion or loss of your Account Information. You are responsible for maintaining any relevant data yourself.

Should Swiftie Games be removed from your device(s) or your access terminated, you may no longer access your Account or User Information. Certain provisions in these Terms will continue to apply after termination.

License and Permission to Use Your Content

In the future, Swiftie Games may allow you to post content, including photos, profile pictures, messages, or commentary. However, this functionality is not guaranteed. Any content you post on Swiftie Games ("Your Content") may be publicly visible and will not be considered private.

By posting Your Content, you grant us and our affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, adapt, distribute, and display Your Content in any format or media. This license is irrevocable to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you share personal identifiers like your name, voice, or likeness, you also grant us the right to use this information in any media worldwide, without compensation.
