By downloading, installing, or using the Gem AI Identificator ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Gem AI Identificator is a mobile application that allows users to scan image to provide AI analysis on gemstones. The App provides tools for AI scanning, creating collections and gemstones encyclopedy.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation: You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Account Termination: You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to store or transmit harmful content

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Your Data: You retain ownership of all financial data, goals, and personal information you input into the App ("User Content").
